Easter spice

Six milk chocolate truffles made with a fresh cream ganache infused with cinnamon, freshly grated nutmeg, cloves and pared orange zest, dipped in single origin 70% dark chocolate, and finished with a sprinkling of mixed spice. A perfect blend of Easter flavours, think hot cross bun in chocolate form.

This product contains fresh cream and no preservatives so please store in a cool, dry place and enjoy within two weeks of receipt.

Ingredients

Ecuadorian milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Ecuadorian dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), fresh cream (milk), muscovado sugar, brandy, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, orange zest. Decoration: ground mixed spice (cinnamon (47%), coriander seeds (20%), nutmeg, whole cloves, pimento, ginger).

Milk chocolate: 39% min. cocoa solids, 24% milk solids. Dark chocolate: 70.4% min. cocoa solids.
