Runaway Brewery's IPA mixed with a blend of 39% milk chocolate and 70% dark chocolate to create a smooth ganache centre, coated in milk chocolate and sprinkled with light muscovado sugar. Perfect for sharing with friends around a campfire this summer.

Runaway Brewery's house India Pale Ale is a take on a classic west coast IPA, balancing the tropical fruit aroma and assertive bitterness from resinous US hops, with burnt toffee and sweet caramels from quality British malts.

Ingredients

Ecuadorian milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring). Ecuadorian dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier:  soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring),  India Pale Ale (25%) (water, barley, wheat, hops, yeast). Decoration: light muscovado sugar

Milk chocolate: 39% min. cocoa solids, 24% milk solids. Dark chocolate: 70.4% min. cocoa solids.
