Six truffles made with Ecuadorian 39% milk chocolate combined with fresh double cream to create a smooth ganache centre which is hand-rolled and coated in milk chocolate. A simple and classic truffle, rich in cocoa with caramel notes.

This product contains fresh cream and no preservatives so please store in a cool, dry place and enjoy within two weeks of receipt.

Ingredients

Ecuadorian milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), fresh cream (milk).

Milk chocolate: 39% min. cocoa solids, 24% milk solids.
